Heidelberg
Heidelberg A beautiful town on the Neckar river in Germany. I visited there in Summers, although it was extremely hot but this place is extremely beautfiul. This is a hidden gem as not many have heard of and is 2 hours away from Frankfurt. While passing and exploring this town I spent a whole day walking on the beautiful river bridge, old town, market, cafes and pretty little shops. The above pictures are taken from the castle, namely Heidelberg castle. Heidelberg castle is one of the most famous castle of Renaissance. It has spectacular views of this beautiful town across the river. There are 2 days ways to reach Heidelberg castle. First is by cable car and another is by hiking over the mountain.
